After an exciting five minutes of non-stop action, the fight was stopped due to a severe cut over Oliveira’s left eye. Quote-worthy: “I don’t care who wins the fight between Nick Diaz and Eddie Alvarez. I will beat up either of them,’’ said Beerbohm, who was making his sixth start in 2008 and ninth since his pro debut in August 2007. … Said Oliveira: “I got caught, it happens to the best.
